Editorial procedures
Once the paper has been received by the Editor, it un-
dergoes two qualifying processes. The first is performed by
an internal editorial board which will determine the perti-
nence and scientific content of the paper. The second one
consists of a
blind review
made by local and foreign experts.
If the draft is accepted for publishing, it shall go through
the following stages:
1. The Editor will inform the author of any observation
made by the evaluators, so all the necessary correc-
tions and changes would be made. This must not ex-
ceed a month.
2. Once the corrected paper has been received, the Edi-
tor will perform the copying-editing process. After
the document has been formatted, a page proof will
be sent to the author to check edition or format mis-
takes; the author shall not make any change to the
document. The author must return the proof page,
along with any observation, to the Editor one week
after having receiving it.
