Regarding the time issue, I suggest that on the basis of panel datasets, long term-effects
over children health related outcomes should be estimated. This study would require the
historical official participant’s registry data, as well as information from government offices
who monitor kids from BDH households. This enhances the importance of the institutional
efforts that ought to be made to achieve good-quality interconnection registry data. Finally,
and in the light of the recent changes in index calculation methodology, threshold, transfer
amount and companion strategies, as the “graduation”, there is motivation to research the
effect of these complementary measures.
